The formula leaves skin feeling clean, supple, and comfortable, with no oily residue. It can also help condition eyelashes.

1. Shake the bottle well.
2. Saturate a cotton pad with the cleanser.
3. For eye makeup: Hold the saturated pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing.
4. For face makeup and cleansing: Gently wipe the saturated pad over your skin until makeup and impurities are removed.

No rinsing required.
